Note: Delivery times may take longer during the holiday season and Christmas period. We ensure that all orders are dispatched quickly. Delivery companies are often stretched during this time. Expect slight delays.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

Section 9 Returns & Refunds

9.1 Return Policy

It is always possible to return a product regardless of the reason. To return a product, you must meet the following requirements:

• You can return any product within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it is in new condition.
• The product you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and therefore returned in the same condition as received.
• The hang tag must remain intact and attached.
• The invoice must be included with the return package.
• The return form must be included with the return package.
• The shipping costs for returning a product are at the customer's own expense.

9.2 Exchanges and Refunds

Once we receive the package in the same condition as delivered, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, which can take up to 5-7 working days to process.

If the product has been used, it is no longer possible to exchange it.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The shipping costs for exchanging a product are at the customer's own expense.
